Docklands Ice Wolves
The Docklands Ice Wolves are an exciting collaboration between The Melbourne Ice, The Melbourne Ice Wolves and O’Brien Icehouse. We are bound by our shared vision and growth aspirations for Junior Ice Hockey in Victoria.

The Docklands Ice Wolves started competing in the Ice Hockey Victoria Junior League in 2021.
​
Our mission is to be the junior club of choice for players, families, staff, interns, volunteers, members, partners, sponsors and fans, who unite in a quest to successfully grow and develop hockey in Victoria, through the best possible junior program and cultural environment.
Age Divisions

The Docklands Ice Wolves currently field teams in all age groups available in junior hockey. All age groups are available to players of all gender identities.

Coaching
​
Coaching excellence starts with the ideal coaching and development environment. Our coaching team is among the best in Australia and is led by:

Season Dates
​
The IHV Winter Junior season runs from April to September and will consist of
​

12 games (6 home and 6 away) plus finals series – played on Saturday or Sunday based on rinks
-
12 training sessions – conducted Saturdays on bye weekends (times TBA)

Pathways
​
The Ice Wolves family is one of the few clubs in Victoria where a player can graduate from the Junior system and continue their Wolves journey. Players over 16 are welcome to join the Senior Melbourne Ice Wolves squad in the Ice Hockey Victoria summer competition. Players of all genders and levels are welcomed into our Ice Wolves family.
